I began my tenure at Google on Trusted Stores, a solution for credentialing merchants and providing payment protection to customers. I eventually managed the team working on both customer-facing badging/integrations and merchant-facing platforms for setup and account management.
My responsibilities and team grew to manage the research and design of a suite of applications for running the backend of Google Shopping Express, Google’s same-day delivery offering. This included a mobile courier app, desktop apps for order management and courier dispatch, a mobile app for in-store pick/pack, and a tablet app for warehouse fulfillment management.
